Returns & Refunds Policy

We love our products and we're sure you will. In case you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

Due to the hygienic nature of some products (e.g., sunscreen or skincare items), we do not accept returns for opened or used items.

2. How to Request a Return

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will give you return instructions.

3. Refunds

If your return is accepted, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
